Composed in 2004, revised in 2009, the music is constructed from "Bachian fragments" put together to resemble in shape and form a Baroque sonata in shape and mood. There is no real Bach in this piece, but its stylistic elements  presented in unfamiliar contexts are nevertheless  instantly recognisable.
