Composed in 2020, for fun, and as a direct response to an open call to composers from the Director of EXAUDI, these six studies are for various vocal combinations within an SATB quartet. The music is wordless, but what words there are are akin to scat singing. The movement titles are therefore Ba-bap, Aa, La-HA, Du-Dt, Mm, Da Dap Bap Ba!
